धारा 376 Gender Neutral नहीं है अगर कोई महिला शादी के झुटे वादे करके किसी पुरुष से यौन संबंध बनती है, तो उसपर मुकद्दमा नहीं चलाया जा सकता. लेकिन इसी अपराध पर एक आदमी पर मुकद्दमा चलाया जा सकता हैं.

Section 376 is not gender neutral. If a woman has sex with a man by making false promises of marriage, then she cannot be prosecuted. But a man can be prosecuted for this crime.
